 FEES & REGULATIONS:

MPAC’s rental rate is $3,000 for six (6) hour performance day.  Rate includes one separate three (3) hour rehearsal. 

Additional practice time is $200/hour.  Additional performance time is $400/hour.

MPAC’s hourly event rental rate is $125/hour. Rate includes use of the theater, lobby, dressing rooms (music rooms),box office area, podium microphone.

Additional fees include sound and lighting technicians at $35/hour: at least one (1) required from MPAC staff.

Box office facility available.

Lobby area available for use before, during & after performances.

Ticketing is the responsibility of renting group.

MPAC is a smoke free facility. 

No smoking allowed in or on the premises.

No food or drink allowed in theater.

Concession area to be solely operated by MPAC.
